We're on a mission to make high-quality primary care accessible to everyone through transparent pricing, direct provider relationships, and a practice model that empowers both patients and practitioners.
By removing insurance middlemen, we can spend more time with patients, charge fair prices, and give nurse practitioners the opportunity to build meaningful, independent practices.

Alyssa Antiado, FNP-BC
Clinical Director & Provider
Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Alyssa was a nurse for 6 years before joining the team as a nurse practitioner in 2024. Now the Clinical Director and amazing provider, Alyssa runs a tight ship while providing outstanding care to patients and veterans! She loves family, food, and traveling.
Brenda Martinez, CAA
Office Manager
Brenda is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional. She is a Certified Administrative Assistant with experience as both a Medical Assistant and an Office Administrator, making her the perfect Office Manager. In her dual role, she has developed a strong ability to balance clinical support with administrative efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Brenda is fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending time with her kids.
Sarah DeLacey, FNP-BC
Founder
Sarah was one of the first clinicians to work in the developing field of Direct Primary Care back in 2014. She opened Reno Family Medical Group in 2021 as the founder and primary provider. Now, Sarah offers Telehealth services, veteran services, and supports her team. She adores good books, strong coffee, and spending time with her two teens and plethora of pets.
